Happy Monday. I hope you’re doing okay — there’s a lot of crazy shit happening in our world right now. If you’re heartbroken, I’m right there with you.
This is a really soft and gentle 6-minute guided meditation where we ground ourselves in this moment in time, in our bodies, and let ourselves show up exactly as we are — with our rage, grief, despair, sadness, etc.
