Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a beautiful start. Here’s a grounding meditation to help you reconnect to your breath and that potent inner stillness inside.
I’m also trying something new this week. Instead of my usual video format, the meditation is audio only. I’d love to hear what you think.
For the past week, I’ve been off social media, which gave me the space deepen my meditation practice and reconnect to myself. I’m starting off this week feeling much more grounded and alive. It’s a beautiful reminder that meditation really does have the power to change our lives.
